1. Eligibility

• Service Providers must have legal capacity to enter into contracts and comply with local licensing and registration requirements.

2. Role of SEEK

• SEEK is a platform that connects homeowners with service providers.

• We do not provide the services directly and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services performed.

• All contracts for services are between homeowners and service providers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

• SEEK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or breach these Terms.

4. Fees & Payments

• Homeowners: Access to SEEK is free of charge.

• Providers: Subscription, advertising, or promotional fees may apply as published in the Platform.

• All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SEEK for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

• Post false information, offensive content, or spam.

• Misuse customer or provider data obtained via SEEK.

• Attempt to disrupt the Platform (hacking, scraping, reverse engineering).

6. Ratings & Reviews

• Customers may leave reviews of providers.

• Providers must not manipulate, bribe, or threaten customers regarding reviews.

• SEEK may remove reviews that violate our policies.

7. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms;

• Engage in illegal or unsafe conduct;

• Damage the reputation of SEEK.

8. Limitation of Liability

• SEEK is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from services provided by third-party providers.

• To the maximum extent permitted by Trinidad & Tobago law, SEEK disclaims all warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or suitability of services.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobileland Apps Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of SEEK or your breach of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes between homeowners and providers must be resolved directly.

• SEEK may assist but is not obligated to mediate disputes.

• Any disputes involving SEEK shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.
